Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between the Wallace Collection and yourself.
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.
Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.
Entitlements to concession tickets are indicated on the individual event page (please contact us if you are unsure of whether you qualify for concession). Membership tickets are only available to Members of the Wallace Collection. Relevant ID alongside your ticket will be asked upon entry into your event or session.
Please note that tickets are valid for use on the date and time selected at the point of booking. The Wallace Collection can offer refunds or exchanges on tickets up to 7 days before an event after which tickets are non-refundable. Tickets must be presented at the point of entry on the day of your visit. You must be over 18 years to book tickets through DigiTickets.
Your Booking Reference will be sent to the email address you supplied. Please allow a couple of minutes for this to arrive, and remember to check your junk mail folder if it isn't in your inbox. Please note we do not send printed tickets.
Please ensure you download and print your e-ticket to bring on the day of your visit. Alternatively please present your ticket on your smartphone to staff on arrival to gain entry into your event or session.
In the event that the Wallace Collection decides to cancel an event, you will be contacted to arrange a full refund.
